Choose from dance cardio that blends hip hop, ballet, jazz and other styles of dance to make you sweat and tone your body. Learn awesome new moves from different hip hop styles from all around the U.S. and explore fun, rehabilitating ways to move your body. Engage in a challenging cardiovascular and strength building workout while learning dance moves you can confidently show off at any gathering. Equipment available: TRX Suspension Trainer, Ab-Ripper, Ankle Weights up to 10 pounds each, Resistance Bands/Thera Bands, Ab-Wheel, Jump Rope, Dharma Yoga Wheel, Pull-up bar (for door),
