Dance Fit Fusion
Get your sweat on in this cathartic cardio class full of fun, energizing dances that will help you get out of your head, into your body and lift your spirit. Dance moves are accessible and do not require memorizing choreography. Music and moves from hip hop, jazz, West African, Brazilian samba, electronic and more!
Dance sequences are short, easy to remember and performed repetitiously at various speeds to give students time to learn while moving. Develop your cardio, toning, strength, balance, coordination, musical syncopation and more!

CLASS OVERVIEW/APPROACH
In all my classes I focus on form techniques to alleviate pressure on spine and joints, activate target muscles, improve posture and muscular symmetry and overall body awareness and control.
Each class is a fresh playlist with foundational dance steps and exercise repeated in just about every class to create familiarity and consistency. Still I always add a few challenging exercises or dance moves to train coordination, balance, power and speed.
TRX Suspension Trainer is a unique tool used to create dynamic and challenging endurance and strength workouts. Each class introduces new, creative exercises, while building foundation movements.
Students can expect a variety of exercises that target total body strength, endurance, core stability, metabolic training, muscle balance and coordination to an energizing playlist of various genres.
Use your own body weight to push, pull, lift, rotate, stabilize and stretch. Class is comprised of mobilizing stretches, core muscle stability strengthening, balanced cardio and coordination.

Choose the style(s) you want to learn and train in. Fundamentals of hip hop street dance and advnaced styles from around the U.S. Also offer traditional techniques including ballet, modern, jazz, Afro-Brazilian Samba & Capoeira.
Lessons incorporate structured and freestyle movements to train coordination, strength, flexibility, endurance and more!

In party entertainment interacting with guests to ensure they fully enjoy themselves. I will interact with guests, show them dance moves, perform flashy moves amidst the party. Guaranteed to sustain high energy throughout the event!

Guide students to improve dance skills, strength, flexibility, coordination rhythm and more! I am sensible to all levels offering unique hip hop & contemporary dance fusion classes to youth and adults!
Classes begin warming up with essential stretches and dynamic movements to engage students in fundamental dance steps, musical variations and an exploration of freestyle movement practices that allow each student their own freedom to express.

Sessions implement traditional fitness exercises like pushups & squats with isometric stability holds, mobility stretches and more with an unconventional take on furthering these exercises with unique variations.
